Our purchase started on a Sunday afternoon when a new listing for the car we have been searching for (for over 4 months) showed up on AutoTrader. To our surprise it had exactly what we wanted in the car option wise. We submitted a request to contact the dealer and within 5 minutes we received a call back from Derrick Davis who provided exceptional customer service and provided as many details as possible about the car. Since we live out of state he suggested we put down a simple $200 deposit to hold the car for us. We put down the deposit and Derrick then FaceTime’d us Monday and walked us around the car. We booked flights to DFW. Derrick quickly handled the paperwork and we had an amazing drive home. Derrick went above and beyond and applied no pressure at all!
